Perspectives, A Sculptural Pavilion for Contemplation

London-based design studio Giles Miller specialises in the development of innovative surfaces, materials, and sculptural designs.

Their latest project called ‘Perspectives’ is an organic pavilion structure made of cedar wood shingles and nestled within the woods of Surrey Hills with a clear view towards the South Downs, offering a space for contemplation.

The sculptural shelter is a permanent architecture installation and features words and messages from local people and visitors, which encapsulate their thoughts and feelings of the area, engraved onto the surface of the organic cedar shingles.
