Cardboard Playhouses For Cats Replicate Famous Landmarks From Around the World
Amsterdam-based design company Poopy Cat has designed a series of cardboard playhouses for pets inspired by the most iconic landmarks from around the world.
Entitled ‘Landmarks‘, the project consists of seven architectural designs including the Sphinx of Giza in Egypt, the Eiffel Tower in France, the White House in the United States, Saint Basil’s cathedral in Russia, the Taj Mahal in India, Pagoda temples of South Asia, and a Mayan Temple from South America.
The landmarks are constructed from recycled cardboard made out of two thick layers for extra durability.
Originally constructed for cats, the houses are suitable to accommodate other small animals like rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and small dogs.
The ‘Landmark’ project is currently raising funds through Kickstarter.
